I am at Maui Yoga Loft in a beautiful peaceful room alongside stellar yoga teachers and fellow massage practitioners. I am so blessed to be able to enjoy and work in the space there.
If you want to Spin with me you can go right next door to Reps Fitness where I'm teaching at 8am (45 minute classes) Monday, Thursday and Saturday.
